All homes have a bed tax of 1% for the State of Oregon and many also have a  6% with the City of Gold Beach.  Homes are normally cleaned before you arrive and after your departure.  If you would like interim cleaning let us know and we can make arrangements and estimate cost.  All homes do have a cleaning fee based on size of home, number of people/pets traveling.  The average is $100, we will assist you with this when you call to make your reservation.
